Tom came out a week ago to measure our space to give me a quote. He was very thorough and seemed extremely reliable. It was a Saturday and he told me he would have us a quote by Monday or Tuesday. We did not receive a quote by Thursday, so I sent a follow up email and did not receive a response. I sent another follow up email on Sunday and I was ghosted again. I had a lot of confidence in Tom, but I told him this was my last chance and he didn’t follow through with a quote.

Fantastic work!!! We are so pleased with the work. Tom and his team removed a front tree, all of the landscaping, supported our porch, poured a new walkway and leveled our whole front yard. Tom and his crew were so polite and cleaned everything up after they were done. Would hire them again!!!

Tom is out here crushing it! He did our driveway, retaining wall, walkway, steps and also redirected a downspout. To say I was satisfied with his work would be an understatement! Tom Dugan is professional when it comes to concrete. From the time you meet him you will know what an incredibly nice guy he is. We hired Dugan Concrete to install a new driveway. The old one had several large cracks and had buckled. We watched Tom and his crew work and they are the highest professional grade as well. They took extra care to protect the brickwork around our garage from concrete splatters. The layout of reinforcing steel rebar was a work of art. Tom worked alongside his crew, directing them. They did everything right. They cut no corners. I can honestly say I've never seen a finer concrete job than what Tom did. The expansion joints were perfect! Tom gave us a very competitive bid on the job. They started within the timeframe Tom gave us and they had the job completed in two days, with some follow up. Tom sealed the concrete and replaced the sod they had to move for the pour so perfectly, you would have a hard time telling undisturbed lawn from the sod they had to move...perfect fit. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship. If you need concrete work done, Tom Dugan is the best in the business.

Tom and his crew cleaned and sealed our driveway, porch, sidewalk, and even the back patio pad. They worked efficiently and most importantly, thoroughly. They did an amazing job! Had Tom and his crew lay a 3'x6'pad for garbage cans, put a 10'x14' addition to our patio. Tom also buried our sump pump pipe eliminating a mudding mess. This was the second project we have used Tom and his crew manage for us. We have been very pleased after both jobs completion.

Tom and his crew were on time every day. They were very reasonable in price and kept everything very tidy each day they left. They ripped out an old basement access and put in a new set of stairs with a retaining wall. He asked clarifying questions to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. This was done before and throughout the entire process of demo and installation. We would definitely use them again and recommend Dugan Concrete to anyone else.

Tom installed a beautiful stamped concrete patio for us around 15 years ago. However, we didn't keep up with cleaning and sealing as recommend over the years (that's on us). He came back 3 years ago and restored it to it's original beauty if not more so. As recommended, we had it cleaned and resealed earlier this year. There was a glitch with some of the seal. But he, true to his word, backs up everything he does. He returned and went over everything... it's absolutely stunning and the envy of the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Dugan Concrete has done outstanding work for us on two occasions now. He and his crew poured a very extensive driveway and front porch a few years back. Recently he added a patio to the back of our home, from one end to the other. I love the steps. Part of that work was colored and stamped for our upcoming all season room. The pictures do not do the work justice. The crew is fabulous and professional.
